If he loves the club like he professes to, then he should do the decent thing and fuck off.

apparently on a radio programme he has vowed to stay on, and he'll "turn it around"
well lennon
continuous changing of the team-dont think so
playing players out of position(matthews today) - dont think so
playing majstrovic at all - dont think so
also no inspiration from the so called coaching staff - mind you as a yes man himself it makes sense i suppose that he surrounds himself with said yes men.
his comments in my opinion limit the options
the cowardly board remove him
or as has been suggested on other posts - the protests start - this will no doubt split the support but something has to be done

Worst thing that could've happened was that fightback, stay of execution.
Rangers slip up and we can't/won't capitalise.
If he's going to be a cock about staying on, then I'm now at the stage that anything to get him out the job is a goer for me, whether football related or not.

I can't help thinking we are going to finish third if Lennon dozen't go now. He ahs lost at least half of the support.

I'm (only just) falling short of asking for his resignation because I'm a bit baffled. I thought Cha was probably our most productive player today and Lenny hooked him. We then got it back to 3-3, was this down to his subs? I agreed with Kayal going off as he was on a yellow and looked dis-interested in dragging us out the shite, but Cha? Was it good fortune and vision or a stab in the dark?

we had no width on the left, Mathews was trying to get forward but couldn't cross with his left peg , we desperately needed a commons , Mccourt or dare i say it a mcfadden

In Neils interview i heard him saying that players are not being consistent for the 90 mins. He never plays a consistent team. He has chopped and changed the side so many times, persists on fielding stone cold duds, plays players out of position and has no doubt messed with the confidence of a few of our better players. Its a huge mess and i dont see a remedy being produced within the current management team. Seems like they donot see what the fans seeand it saddens me greatly. Its seems like damage limitation time in a team full of journeymen,a board of bankers and a manager clueless what to do. I can only hope that the side from Mordor start playing as badly as we are or its curtains for another season!
