What I find interesting about that whole affair is that all the people who are trying to have money frozen are those who stated that there were no issues!!! Hmmmm, no issues but you are cacking yourself that you won't get your money!!! Hmmm, seems they knew plenty more than they let on.

The club will go into administration in December or January, of that I think there is no doubt and with the 10 point deduction and sizeable uncertainty around methinks that Mr Lawwell and Mr Lennon will deliver the title and claim it was all part of the bigger plan.

Anyhoo I thought if you went into administration, you had to drop down the divisions like Livi?
Or am I imagining that happened?

Wolfy theres administration and I can't insolvency.

Dundee went into administration twice the first time was 10 points and the second was 21 or 25, I think.
