My genuine fear is that they go to admin, deducted 10 pts and still win the league.
Yes but surely assets would have to be sold to pay creditors, wages etc. That would mean players being sold surely!

Think most the huns believe administration would not be a bad thing. Wonder how the 27k that have shares feel about that. Seemingly there are other creditors that are owed several million in total. Dont think they would to chuffed. Hate to wish time away but roll on November when decisions will be made HMRC and rankers.

All there top players will be sold or similar to what happened to Motherwell, most players just left.

if they cant pay wages on friday then players can go for nothing, contracts cancelled

The player could leave of their own accord if not paid, as their contract would have been broken. However any player could not be sold to another club until January. Even then rankers would offered botton dollar as clubs would know of their desperation for cash. Irony is, that creditors would be offered the same bottom dollar by rankers.

Thing is he has reportedly said he will waiver his right to this cash. Unsure if this then means other creditors would receive an enhancement in any settlement.

he wont waiver £18 million,he is one of a few secured creditors, and if they go into admin he can sell for £1 million, not bad for a years work

he is the only secured creditor as far as i'm aware, meaning that in the event of them going bust he is the only one to be paid in full, all other creditors HMRC etc. will be offered a pence in the pound deal by the administrators.
questions to be asked include, the players that they have signed in the last few years have they been bought outright or are they paying them up (e.g do they owe money to Vienna for Jelavic?) as i doubt that other clubs will effectively agree to sell their players to them on the cheap. also, Ibronx, apart from it's use as a football ground what is it worth? due to current planning restrictions put in place by the council no big supermarket can be built on the site due to the proximity of ASDA, the facade (great word when discussing that mob) is i think currently grade 1 listed which means that there would be real issues in demolition. my solution would be an, ahem,'tragically accidental fire' and claim on the insurance, of course that would only work if your up to date with your premiums.

hows about, they go into admin, murray who sold the club for a £1 then buys it back for say £1 million(whyte needs paid )murray then has no tax bill and it was all smoke and mirrors hhhhhmmmmm

I don't think he will waver. This was said to have come from the lips of whyte via Daryl King on radio clyde tonight. The figure has risen to 25mill. Now to say cheerio to that, it would be very hard for any venture capitalist to say no thank. imo
