http://perezshilton.files.wordpress.com/2011/04/wengerstactics.jpg...but aren't they your players?

It's not that I mean to criticise Neil Lennon by questioning him, but you have to be very sure of yourself to feel you can publicly castigate your players when you don't get a good result. The trouble with this is that these are the players he has to work with and they were chosen by Neil himself.

Now, if Lennon wishes to make changes he doesn't have many options open to him. Last seasons gem's aren't playing too well, he has injuries and January is too far away for this title race.

So forget the transfer window as an option, yes?

James Forrest is one of Celtic's most recent youth players to make the grade and find himself in the senior squad. Not only that, he has been given a starting slot, scored goals and provided assists.

This young player has been the only real 'success' of Celtic's season so far. Are there any more of his kind willing to lend a hand in order to get results?

In my opinion anything is worth a try at this moment in time. I mean, if you're willing to play Ledley and Matthews at left back and Mulgrew in midfield why not call in the reserves eh?!

Kayal hasn't looked anything like last season, Ki has been a bit off the boil recently and Hooper has lost his way in front of goal. They must find their own form once again or find themselves well down the pecking order.

I don't keep tabs on the youths as I did the reserves but when money is an issue in Scottish football and not just at Celtic, you would have to say that short of football collapsing in Scotland, youth is the way forward. I have always been a supporter of youth players getting their chance and blending with a fair mix of experience but the opportunity for youth is rare.

If money stopped coming in or at least dropped further still then the young men of our very own country would be fought over. Instead we cast them off into the abyss over higher paid hit or miss players from further afield.

The thing his, how many times can Neil Lennon keep shifting around his players before he puts his own hands up. To be fair he has admitted getting it wrong before but that was one match only.

The theory of success in football has always baffled me. For Neil Lennon it is just out of reach.

Hail! Hail!

the players that play for celtic at the moment, reflect the boards policy on the way the club should be run.
Peter Lawwell spelled it out at the AGM.I listened to what he said and its clear who is selecting the players
these are not Neil Lennons players, the problem at celtic is Peter Lawwell,

You can't blame the manager for forwards missing sitters, or for defenders who give away stupid goals. Nor can the manager be blamed for poor passes, inability to cross or clear the ball, or to get headers on-target at corners. Or for laziness in chasing back, or overall lack of effort.

All of these problems, and many others, are the fault of our overpaid "professionals" who SHOULD be able to perform the basic skills required of even an amateur player. When they walk across the white line, onto the park they're on their own, as the manager can't play the game for them. So THEY must accept total responsibility for their own poor performance.

Would it be acceptable for you to blame your boss because you're lazy and do a poor job?......

You can when its the managers tactics and training methods that are leading to the miss placed passes and lack of motivation, that is his job!!The lack of confidence and effort in the team is also down to our management team. There are players there that are far better than they have been showing, something is seriously wrong in the dressing room!!!

Sorry but Lennon and his bunch of underachievers have had more than enough time and the BOD, well they can hang their heads in shame also. These are sad times indeed to be a Tim!

The debate rages on, as the song goes should he stay or should he go supporters are split on Neil remaing our Manager or not, I personally come down on the side of He Should Stay,my main reason for holding that opinion is that the majority of the team are not fit to wear the famous Hoops.People and pundits alike have suggested that the team have under achieved for various reasons ,I disagree as they are just not good enough.Yes we could say Neil has brought in most of these players even although the board have held the purse strings rather tightly. There is also a suggestion that Neil has lost the dressing room and that is the main reason for the drop in form as the players are not playing for him if that is true then the players should bow their heads in shame as that in turn means they are not playing for the loyal supporters who have followed celtic all their lives and religously spend their hard eaned cash on season tickets to pay their wages. If that is true the Celtic support should remind the players of that by continuing to give Nei and the clubl their tremendous support. As celtic supporters we realise that both players and managers important as they may be are only bit part players in aneverlasting tale.

So we're not allowed to criticise the players but you are?
