Different Colour Schemes

Why do I see different menu options depending what colour scheme I use?

For instance, if I use MTH Dark, I see a menu bar along the top of the page which includes a link to the Casino, but if I use Vgreen the Casino link etc is not there

vGreen is a test scheme at present and hasn't had any of the customisations done on it. What you see in vGreen is the basic setup as it comes without my input.

Only Dark and Light are fully operational as of yet.

The Vgreen does look good though.
