Well.....

If that wasn't one of the most bias refereeing performances ever, No wonder Craig Levein lost the plot while being interviewed and practically called the referee a cheat.

A blatant penalty and sending off and a goal chalked off when it clearly hit Old Man Weir.

It is clear that although Scotlands Shame did not get any extension to the league they are getting all the help they need from bias referee's.

I feel sorry for Craig as he will be hammered by the SFA for his outburst but I back him 100%, He could clearly be seen telling McCurry that he should blow the whistle with 15 mins remaining and give Scotlands Shame the points now.

An Absolute Joke.

Don't let anyone kid you, he didn't say 'The Old Firm' to bring us into it. He said Scotland's Shame (but used their common name). He said it was all about R******. Referees are human and can make mistakes, but the problem was bottle, as John Hartson pointed out. My take on Levein is not so much that he is saying that The Reverend is a cheat, corrupt, incompetent or anything else, it's that Levein is saying that Scotland's Shame are unrefereeable at Ibrox in these circs by a Scottish referee!

Rod Wallace went down rather theatrically in the box following a
sliding challenge from Paul Rudden and referee Mike McCurry's delayed

It was a rather bizarre decision and one that the Hibs players took

Williamson was incensed by McCurry decision to award his side only a

"The referee said it was unintentional. How can it be unintentional

Maurice Malpas has accused referee Mike McCurry of causing
Motherwell's defeat by Rangers after awarding a penalty against
goalkeeper Graeme Smith.

"We're really upset about the penalty," the manager said after the
alleged foul on Dado Prso separated the teams.
"I'm disappointed we didn't get anything. If we had lost a goal in
open play, that would have been fine.
"I just thought an experienced referee got conned a bit out there by
an experienced striker."

Malpas was also unhappy at the sending off of Marc Fitzpatrick late in
the game following a goalmouth brawl involving almost every player on
the park.

"I don't know what happened with the sending-off," said Malpas.
"The referee won't speak to me about it.. "They all get themselves

Rangers edged out Hearts in the Hampden Park mud to move into the CIS
Insurance Cup final amid controversy over Barry Ferguson's 50th-minute
opening goal.

Rangers survived appeals for a penalty when Christian Nade, whose
powerful running was worrying the Rangers defence, was upended by
Carlos Cuellar.

While the infringement was committed outside the penalty box, referee
Mike McCurry did not even award a foul.

When the ball was turned back into the box by Burke, Ferguson was even
more blatant in controlling the ball with his hand before firing home
sublimely on the turn from 15 yards.

- saved Rangers' season after the troubled Glasgow giants flirted with
yet another disaster against a fired-up Aberdeen.

The home side should have also had a penalty and Fernando Ricksen
ought to have been sent off, only for Rangers to take the points

Aberdeen ought to have been given a penalty after 34 minutes when Cato

so mccurry had a wee one to one with his supervisor mcvicar eh?
and the outcome?
hes a grade 1 referee again next season :yikes:.I was led to beleive this was last year last season but alas no
Now the purpose of the meeting between the shaky handers was to judge his character and the balance of his mind after last years diabolical performances and his wee romantic fling wi some hing oot
Well his character has been well and truly judged my the biggest jury you could have namely football supporters of all clubs apart from the huns who know doubt will be jumping with joy at the decision to allow him to continue as they know that every team will be gunning for them big time after their performances or lack of it and using this man to assist them
My concern about this is that this man&the refs committee have now basically lit the fuse wire before even a ball has been kicked as i cant think of any team outwith the scum that will have any confidence in him officiating their games especially against the scum
Secondly the media spotlight will be focussed on him at games instead of the game in itself
Thirdly will this idiot of a man be allowed to officiate at any game that the committee
deem him fit to or will he be given non contentious games that keep him away from celtic&rangers fixtures &also dundee united fixtures as celtic|&united fans simply dont want this guy officiating at this or any level after last year
This is both a case of the tail wagging the dog and the referees committee taking the easy way out and at the same time giving the next season a bit of a tainted taste to it
Once again scottish football will be seen by many as a bit amatuerish for a senior set up

Don't believe for a minute he won't get the big games. Cue Radio Clyde etc saying he's made his mistakes, but he's one of the best we've got!!!! He tried to go out in a blaze of hun-glory, result? crash and burn for him and his kind.

....what he did last season was nothing short of cheating.....and I'm really surprised he is back....one last hurrah???? :boxing:....par-rick!!!!
