My PC..

I'm beyond useless with my pc so maybe one of my fellow Tims could tell me why all of a sudden i open a window from my desktop it's considerably smaller than my full screen..?

Only just began, not the end of the world but a wee niggle nonetheless.

Any idea what i've done?

easy sorted , on the top right habd side of the open window, there are three options the "-" to minimise the open window, the "squares" to maximise , this is the one you need to click, the cross next to this closes the window.

That happens to me at work and can never suss out why it changes from a default of opening full size to one of about half which I then have to maximise.

Any ideas what causes that?

It saves your preferences, If you like your window to only take up half a screen set it that way, then click on the icon next to the close open window icon, you'll find when you open another it will be the way you had it.

Does that make sense?
