RANGERS are giving free official match tickets to supporters attending the away UEFA Cup tie against Sporting on Thursday 10 April.
In an unprecedented initiative in European football, the Club has bought the entire Rangers ticket allocation for the match at the Jose Alvalade Stadium in Lisbon at a cost of £50,000.
The 2,500 tickets will be distributed free by the Club, based on previous travel history.

The bit they forgot to mention is this...
This "Free Ticket" carry on cost Rangers £50,000, sounds like a great gesture....right?
But they have added £5 onto each ticket for the home game, now times that by 50,000 and you get 250,000.
Take away the £50,000 to pay for the away tickets leaves Murray Mint with a profit of £200,000
Not bad for a day's work?
