I'm pretty happy to run it, if it's simple enough for me to do, I'm not sure if coding and calculating and shit though is needed.

It's easy enough, no scripting or calulations on your part at all. You are now setup to create a vbookie event, when you create a new thread in the Main Forum you will see as part of the option, a vbookie event option, click that to be taken to the creation page for the vbookie event. it is pretty self explanatory really. let me know if you have any issues or questions. Try a few tests if you like, see how it goes.

Oh, just noticed that, maybe the points per posts doesn't work here.

There is no points for posts set up here as of yet, the vBookie simply gives out 1000 vCash to anyone who has less than that once a vBookie event is created. I havent decided yet if a points per post system will be installed here, I'm waiting to see how we do as a site first before wasting my time LOL
