fatboab kerrydale street
a deal for Murray Park has been negotiated with two house buiders. It may or may not happen, but a price has been agreed.
Here's Greens situation
He bought assets for £5.5m.
He can't sell for a quick profit or Liquidators recall assets and sell them at market value.
He can sell at a vast profit when he gets a licence to play football in the SPL as the "profit" would relate to the licence.
If he doesn't get an SPL licence, he applies to the SFL for entry to Third div and sells Murray Park for £10m. He then sells remaining assets and licence to Smith/McColl etc for £10m.
nett £14.5m

Re: fatboab kerrydale street
Another reason why the liquidators should be selling such assets
